Cancellation by Customer:

  • Cancellations more than 60 days before travel: full refund, minus any non-refundable supplier fees.
  • 30–60 days before travel: 50% refund of total cost.
  • Less than 30 days: no refund; a change fee of $100 per traveler applies, subject to supplier terms.

Cancellation by Supplier:
If a supplier cancels (e.g., due to availability or force majeure), we will attempt to rebook or provide a full refund.

No‑Show/Unused Services:
No refunds are provided for missed, late, or unused components of a booking.

How to Request a Refund:
Send written requests to [email protected] with your booking reference and reason for cancellation. Refunds will be processed in the original payment method within 14 business days.
